The Challenge We're Tackling
The digital revolution is here, yet representation in tech and creative industries lags behind:
- Only 4.4% of software engineers are Black, and 8.1% are Latino.
- Music engineering sees just 9.7% Black and 16.4% Latino representation.
We equip Black and Latino youth with the skills and experience to thrive in STEEAM fields. Through workshops, mentorships, and certifications, we empower students to become creators, innovators, and leaders in their communities.

From foundational learning to real-world experience, our pathways guide students to success:
Beginner: Learn foundational skills in coding, music, or game development through hands-on exercises and guided learning.
Intermediate: Build on basics with advanced techniques to enhance proficiency and technical knowledge.
Advanced: Collaborate on team projects to refine advanced skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Expert: Master advanced skills through capstone projects, preparing for certifications and real-world challenges.
Peer Mentor: Mentor others, gain work experience, and prepare for certifications through internships and projects.
Our pathways are designed for flexibility, with programs offered both in-person and online.
